Empowering Older People to get Online

Senior couple on the laptop

A generation of people over 55 are being left behind as they have no knowledge of how to get online and use the internet.

With the rise of  better deals and special offers online and banks closing local branches, customers are being pushed to use digital services.

For people who are digital savvy this doesn’t pose a problem but for many older people they are left feeling isolated and at risk of missing out on essential services and updates.

To help older people stay connected with the digital world, Seetec offer a digital skills course which specifically caters for people who have no knowledge of how to use the internet.

The beginners course helps people to access and use the internet safely, send and receive emails and build their confidence in going online.

If you know of someone or a community group who could benefit from attending the course call  043 3349212 or register here to book your place/s.
